Submitting your photo for a "photodrop" order
If you're ordering one of our photodrop products, please note these special instructions:
- Step 1: Select a design and go through the checkout process just as if it's a regular order.
- Step 2: After you complete checkout, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Reply to this email with your photo attached to it.
- Step 3: When your photo is received, you will receive a second email from us letting you know that your photo has been received.
In general, larger photos print better than smaller ones. The photo you submit will be cropped and scaled to fit into the design you select. If we have any issues with the photo that you've submitted, you will be contacted directly using the information that you provided with your order.

Info at PlumDrama. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If we're not around, it usually means we're on the phone with another customer, so just leave a message and someone will get back to you with your issue quickly. Our regular hours of operation are 9 to 5PM Pacific Time.
All orders are packed securely with thick cardboard boxes and packing paper. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in transit. For items that are damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with UPS for reimbursement.
Returns must be approved by PlumDrama before refunds or credits can be issued. If you feel you deserve a refund, please call or send an email and a representative will assist you. If a refund is approved, a call tag will be mailed to you. The tag must be affixed to the original box, and handed to a UPS driver. There is no charge to you for approved returns.
Most of our products are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco. We do, however, use dropshippers for some products. When an item is not dropshipped directly from our warehouse, it will be noted in each of the product descriptions.
